SERVICES I OFFER
Therapy and counselling for depression, anxiety and more...
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
A Happier, Healthier You
I work with clients with all kinds of difficulties: Work stress, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, self harm, relationship issues, grief…and many more. Please don’t feel that anything you might want to talk to me about is either too trivial or too difficult. You will always be listened to confidentially and you will not be judged.
The aim is to achieve either fundamental, long-term shifts or to address specific issues that are holding you back, so that you can live a freer life.
If you are interested in us working together, we would meet for an initial session to decide whether we would like to go forward. Thereafter, if we agreed, we would work together in either a fixed term or an open-ended way, so please do contact me.
COUNSELLING FOR TEENAGERS
The future is bright.
Adolescence can be tough; trying to work out who you are and what you want in a noisy, demanding world can get you down. I see people who are often feeling alienated, anxious, angry or lonely - the kinds of things it can be hard to talk to your friends or family about. I work with all kinds of distress, including that which can lead to panic attacks, self-harm and suicidal ideation. My experience spans several years, both as a school counsellor and with private clients, and I help give young people hope back for their future.
